Right of Withdrawal – 14-Day Return Period

As an EU-based consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

To start a return, email us at info@carcrafters.gr within 14 days of receiving your order. After your notification, the item must be returned within 14 days.

Return Shipping & Risk

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, both in terms of cost and logistics. Returns are at your own risk until the product has been received and inspected by us.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
• We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping to protect your return.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after we have received and checked the returned product.

Once approved, we will refund:

• The full product price
• Shipping costs

Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns of:

• Customized or personalized items
• Sealed products that have been unsealed
• Items returned outside the legal return window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please notify us and include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help you further

• Returns must be unused and, and in original packaging
• Unannounced returns may be refused
• Tracking information alone is not sufficient for a refund, items must be received and inspected
• We do not offer return labels through our website
