2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our webshop by consumers within the EU. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
3. Products and Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. While we aim to keep stock information accurate, certain items may be temporarily or permanently unavailable. We reserve the right to discontinue products or update product descriptions at any time without notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly stated at checkout. Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering, using the available payment methods on our website.
5. Order Process and Contract Formation
A contract is formed when you complete the checkout process and receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Car Parts: Estimated delivery time is 3–4 weeks. If delivery is expected to take longer, we will contact you before processing the order. You may cancel your order free of charge if the wait time is too long.
Clothing:
- Greece: 6–8 business days
- The Netherlands: 1–3 business days
We do our best to meet these timeframes, but delays can occur due to customs, weather, or supplier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To initiate a return, notify us by email within the 14-day period. The item must be returned within 14 days of your notification.
8. Return Shipping & Risk
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Items must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. Returns are at the customer’s risk until received and inspected by us. We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping.
9. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after we have received and inspected the returned product. We will refund the full product and shipping price. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
10. Warranty and Liability
All products come with a legal warranty covering manufacturing defects, in accordance with EU law. This does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, incorrect installation, or damage from external factors. Customers may be asked to provide proof of proper use or installation.
11. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns of:
- Customized or personalized products
- Sealed items that have been opened
- Items returned outside the legal return window
12. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible after the delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly. Include your order number and clear photos. We will investigate and offer a suitable solution.
13. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped can be cancelled free of charge. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard return process will apply.
14. Privacy and Data Protection

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the area where our company is registered.
